Ownership of Goods
All supplied equipment, hardware, software and components remain the property of HomeCareComputers until paid for in full.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for custom systems, specialist hardware and larger installations.
Data Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for ensuring important files and personal data are backed up.
30-Day Labour Guarantee
Applies to completed chargeable work carried out directly by HomeCareComputers. Excludes unrelated faults, malware after service and customer-supplied hardware failure.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected.
